The regulator issued a fine on the bases of Lithuania’s remote gaming regulations which doesn’t give the operator the right to apply betting restrictions without finding a breach in regulations. This is the first fine issued by the Gambling Supervisory Authority since the introduction of Lithuania’s Gambling Act which entered into force on January 1st 2016.
